Langtang Valley Trekking is towards the north of the Kathmandu Valley and just south of the Tibetan border. It is sandwiched between the main Himalayan range to the north and a slightly lower range of snowy peaks to the southwest of Langtang and Ganesh Himal with a range of 6000 to 7000 meters. The northern parts of the area largely fall within the boundaries of Langtang National Parks. The trek commences from Kathmandu to Dunche or Syabru Besi by bus or private jeep.

Every day we will be walking up and down and gradual slopes. Thulo Syabru is the main village in this region where we can see the local people and their culture, languages, and lifestyle as typical Tamang people living place and half of the societies are following Tibetan cultures because Tibetan border is not too far from Syabru village and Langtang region. Langtang valley is situated at a height around 3500m It is a big valley and they typically farm potatoes, wheat, buckwheat and more vegetables and they also have many yaks. There is yak cheese factory based here and you are free to try it and see how they produce. There are many mountain peaks between 6000m and 7200m that you can view when you reach the main destination Kyanjin Gompa (3800m). Then your trek will be the ascent of Kyanjin Ri (4600m) or Tserku Ri (5000m) where you will see great views of Langtang Lirung (7200m) and Ganesh Himal (7422m) as well as many more peaks. related trekking’s Tamang heritage trek, Gosainkunda trek, Ganjala Pass trek. all are the best trekking in Langtang region.

How to get in Langtang valley Trek? Langtang valley trekking is situated north part of Nepal joining with Tibet border. Trek start from Kathmandu to Syabrubesi b the vehicle as local or private vehicle 7 hours drive from Kathmandu then next day trek will start. Trek will end the same place back. Nice road easily accesses there.

What kind of people, culture, religion, and languages can we explore in Langtang valley Trek? The people are Tamang ethics they have typical lifestyle and farming. They have typical houses build by mud, stone & wood. They are Buddhism 7 they speak own Tamang languages but some cultures are Tibetan cause their many years ago grandfather came and settle in Langtang valley. They celebrate often in special occasion & sing & dance according to their cultures.  They wear thick clothes because most of the time getting cold & they make themselves some thick clothes and they make yaks & sheep’s woolen cloths. They do cultivate themselves 7 main grown is potatoes, buckwheat, barley many kinds of vegetables. They use for food organic what they produce. They have lots Yak & cows. What kind of trekking gears do we need for Everest region trekking? Langtang valley trekking is one of the easiest trekking even short days trekking not too many cloths recommend but in main winter must prepare warm enough clothes as down jackets, good sleeping bag, trekking boot, but other time normal sport shoes, some pair of clothes & not too heavy jackets as fleece, some walking paints and T-shirts fine then comfort day pack and 2 letter water bottle, sun cream, sun hat etc.

Carry your important medicine: medicine is very important if you have any disease you must carry the medicine with you. I mean “prevention is better than care” mountain region we can’t find any health care, clinic, and hospital if there is clinic you may not get according to your problem medicine. So; I humble request please prepare if you are continually taking the any medicine please. It is very important but our company will provide something first aid kid bag normally as headache, fever, stomach problem as diarrhea, cough & cool some bandage, tape & Diamox for high altitude sickness etc.

Day 01: Arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu and a representative of Unique Nepal Adventure Trek will welcome and transfer you to your selected hotel by private vehicle.

Day 02: Kathmandu to Syabru Besi (1470m) by bus (8-9 hrs) stay overnight at lodge.

Day 03: 
Trek to Lama Hotel to (2460m) walking (7-8 hrs) stay overnight at lodge.
 
Day 04: Trek to Langtang valley (3430m) walking (7 hrs) stay overnight at lodge.

Day 05: Trek to Kyanjin Gompa (3870m) stay overnight at lodge.
 
Day 06: Ascend Kyanjin Ri (4600m) and stay overnight at the same lodge.

Day 07: Trek to Lama Hotel (2460m) stay overnight at lodge.

Day 08: Trek to Syabru Besi walking (6 hrs) stay overnight at lodge.

Day 09: 
Syabru Besi to Kathmandu by bus for 9 hours and stay at your selected hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 10: A representative of Unique Nepal Adventure Trek will drop you off at Tribhuvan International Airport by private vehicle.
