After crossing over the Thorung La (5416 m) we will descend to the village of Muktinath (3800m), which has been attracting both Hindu and Buddhist pilgrims for centuries. Located in Muktinath is the Jwala Mai Temple, where a flame of natural gas burns from a trickle of water.
The trek can end in Jomsom then fly to Pokhara or continue along the beautiful windy and apple valley of Jomsom Marpha Tatopani etc. It will be a great ending along with a natural hot spring in Tatopani or Ghorepani Poon Hill Nayapul to Pokhara.
